The Exotic Shorthair breed was broken into divisions for the first time in CFA history beginning with the 2021/2022 season. We are proud to announce that Loveknot's Raphael is the first to earn the title of Best Colorpoint Exotic for CFA Regions 1-9, a National Breed Win! We couldn't be more proud of Raphael's accomplishments and what a sweet season it was! His large and perfectly round, deep blue eyes drew much attention and his large body and heavy bone completed the nearly perfect package. Raphael enjoyed the spotlight and never failed to perform to his absolute best. Raising and showing this boy was a blessing

Introducing our newest star, GC, BWR, RW Loveknot Sports Coat & Levis! Levi made the 2019/2020 season an unforgettable one and a pure pleasure. In a short kitten career of only two months, Levi earned the title of 7th Best Kitten in CFA's Midwest Region 6. At the age of 8 months, he then earned his Grand Championship in two shows. Levi relished the attention he received adopting the persona of a seasoned competitor very early in his Championship career, ending the season as 5th Best Cat In Championship In the Midwest Region and CFA's Best Exotic Longhair National Breed Win in Regions 1-9! Levi's Breed win is the first National recognition for Loveknot Cattery and we are so proud of this handsome boy! Levi is the personification of balance - short, heavy, low on his legs, perfectly smooth and rounded dome, little ears and large, round eyes. With his bright and precocious personality and handsome look, Levi is bound to leave a unique mark on future generations! Congratulations Levi!!

The 2016-17 show season was a busy one for "DW" — earning the position of 4th Best Kitten in CFA's Midwest Region and the official title of 25th Best Cat in Championship in Midwest Region 6 — in the same year! Despite a busy show schedule, the end of the day, DW takes these things in stride. He is very content lying in his favorite bed or waking you up early by nuzzling your nose with his. He is and will always be greatly missed.
Topper's always sweet and engaging personality made him an instant favorite in the show ring! He acted as though he thrived on all the handling and attention and we enjoyed every minute we were showing him. He has an amazing feel to his body - short and very stocky, great boning, wonderful position and size to the ears, and a super plush, dense coat. All of these traits make him highly valued in our breeding program and we are looking forward to his offspring with great anticipation!
